BORNPRETTY PRODUCTS REVIEW: choker + ear cuff

BornPretty Store gave me the opportunity to choose accessories from them to model and review and oh boy, I had a hard time selecting my pieces yet it all boiled down to necklaces and an ear cuff. Find out more below the cut!

First item that caught my eye was this velvet choker with a sun pendant, I mean, who wouldn't want this? It came looking as expected. Actually, it looks even better in person! The only problem I had was that it isn't stretchable so you really have to be careful when you decide to wear it tightly around your neck. It snapped a couple of times yet I still managed to fix it; thank god for DIY skills! I'll rate this product an 8.5 out of 10.

I also chose an ear cuff because I have always wanted one and I'm glad BornPretty offers one in a really rad design! Too bad I lost the lock while I was sleeping on the bus... Bummer (but I have a selfie while the lock was still with me! Check my Instagram). So far, my ear cuff has been a conversation starter; although it hurts my ear after a whole day of wearing it and I had no idea how to wear it at first, I still love them! I`d give this product about a 7 out of 10 since you can only wear it on your right ear. Sorry, lefty.

Overall, I`d give their service a 7.5/10 since it took an exhausting amount of time before my parcel arrived, (it actually got lost) good thing they`re nice enough to send me another parcel as replacement and it came faster than expected! Thank you so much x

The choker's lock. How cool is that blade and chalice?? Fun fact: I'm so obsessed with all those yin yang, balance stuff that the blade and chalice or Star of David became my inspiration for my blog's logo. If you've read any of Dan Brown's novels, particularly The Da Vinci Code, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Current obsession: ARCHITECTURE PORN. Makati skyscrapers fascinate me.

There is actually one more item BornPretty sent me and it's a silver statement necklace. I just couldn't fathom wearing all three pieces into one outfit because the silver just doesn't go with the choker.. I just shot my lookbook wearing that statement necklace today so expect that one up next! 

Besides my current obsession with architecture, I'm also going gaga over hair buns. For this gothic-grunge lewk, I decided to be Princess Leia lol again, expect more hair buns on my blog in the near future while I strut my eternal love for black and anything ~tough~

Lastly, I`d just like to share that I`ll be attending my company`s year-end party 2 Sundays away and the theme is going to be Coachella!!!! I have about 3 outfits in mind and maybe I`ll come up with more as the date approaches faster.
